அன்புதான் வாழ்க்கையின் மூலமும் முடிவும் ... அன்பை தவற விடுகிறவர்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும் தவற விட்டு விடுகிறார்கள்... அன்பு என்பது ஒரு உணர்ச்சியோ அல்லது ஒரு உணர்வோ அல்ல ... அன்பு என்பது ஒரு நுண்மையான சக்தி ... அன்பு தன்னை உடல் மூலமாக வெளிப்படுத்திக் கொள்வதே காமம் ... அன்பு தன்னை மனம் வழியாக வெளிப்படுத்திக் கொள்வது நேசம் ... அன்பு தன்னை ஆன்மா வழியாக வெளிப்படுத்திக் கொள்வது பிரார்த்தனை ... நான்காவதாக அன்பு துரிய நிலையில் வெளிப்படும்போது ... சமாதியாகிறது , நிர்வாணமாகிறது , ஞானமடைகிறது ... இந்த நிலை தான் பரவசநிலை பேரானந்த நிலை ... முதல் தளத்தில் காமத்தில் உடல்கள் மறைந்து போக மனம் திறந்து கொள்கிறது ... இரண்டாவது நிலையான காதலில் மனம் மறைந்து போய் ஆன்மா மட்டுமே இருக்கிறது ... மூன்றாவதான பிரார்த்தனையில் ஆன்மாவும் மறைந்து போய் ... கடவுள் இருக்க வருகிறார் ... நான்காவதில் துரியத்தில் கடவுளும் மறைந்து போய் சூன்யமே மிஞ்சுகிறது ... அந்த நிலையில் எல்லா இருமைகளும் கழிந்து ஒருமையே நிற்கிறது ... இதுவே அத்வைத நிலை ... இந்த எல்லா பொக்கிஷங்களுக்கும் அன்புதான் ஒரே சாவி ... ஓஷோ ... தாவோ மூன்று நிதியங...

அறிவின் மாணவன் தினமும் கற்றுக் கொள்ள நினைக்கிறான் ... தாவோவின் மாணவன் தினமும் கற்றதைக் கழித்துவிட நினைக்கிறான் ... அதிகமாக தெரிந்து கொள்ளும் ஒருவன் தன்னுடைய இருப்பை இழக்கிறான் ... அவன் ஒரு தகவல் குப்பையாகிப் போகிறான் ... தாவோவின் மாணவன் சுமையை தினமும் கழித்துக் கொண்டே வருகிறான் ... ஒரு முனிவரிடம் போவது என்பது கற்றதைக் கழிக்கத்தான் ... ரமண மகரிஷியிடம் சென்றால் கற்றதை கழிப்பது எப்படி என்றுதான் கூறுவார் ... நீ நிறைய கற்றுக் கொள்ளும்போது உன்னையே நீ யார் என மறந்து விடுகிறாய் ... தேவையில்லாத விஷயங்களைப் பற்றி நிறைய தெரிந்து கொண்டு ... அவசியமான அறிவான உன் ஜீவனைப் பற்றி ஒன்றும் தெரியாமல் இருக்கிறாய் ... எதையும் கற்றுக் கொள்வது சுலபம் ஆனால் கற்றதைக் கழிப்பது சிரமம் ... கற்றுக் கொள்ளும் போது உன் மனதோடு அடையாளப் பட்டு போகிறாய் ... நீ மனதைக் கடந்து போகும் வரையிலும் எதையும் கழித்து விட முடியாது ... மனதுதான் நான் .. அறிவுதான் நான் என்று நினைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறாய் ... மனதை விட்டு விலகி அதனோடு உன்னை அடையாளப் படுத்திக் கொள்ளாமல் ... இருப்பதற்குத் தான் எல்லா தியான முறைகளும் ஏற்பட்டன ... நீ ம...

தன்னை அறிதல்  தன்னை அறிதல் என்றல் என்ன ? தன்னை அறிதல் என்றல் நம் ஆன்மாவை பற்றி அறிந்து கொள்வது ஆன்மாவை எவ்வாறு அறிவது ? மனதை நன்கு கவனித்தால் ஆன்மாவை அறியலாம் . மனம் என்பது நாம் பார்த்து , கேட்டு  சேர்த்த  ஒரு  தொகுப்பு  அதில்  எந்த  உண்மையும்  இல்லை . எல்லாமே  மாயை . எனவே  தான்  மனம்  மனிதருக்கு  மனிதர் மாறு  பட்டு  கொண்டே  போகிறது . மனதில் உள்ள இரைச்சல் குறைத்தால் ஆன்மாவின் சப்தம்(ஓசை) நமக்கு கேக்கும். இதற்கு கடுமையான பயிற்சி தேவை.
